WILDER DREAMS CERAMICS WORKSHOP

Ceramic bisque for you to paint, your choice
of colour and price. We use acrylic paints so
you can take your masterpiece away with you.

PHOTO GALLERY

Robin takes photos at most of the events we do, and the results are displayed in the photo album so you can find the proof of your masterpiece! Unfortunately, sometimes the workshop is just too busy for everyone to get photographed and some people get missed. I'm sorry about that but perhaps another time when it's quieter you might like to bring your finished item back and we can catch up!

A Little Bit About Us

Hi, if you like ceramics and painting, well you are in the right place!

I'm Jennie, and my husband is Robin. We are often helped by two of our daughters, Jen, who is my legs since I can't get round very well now, and Emma, who is a very skilled face painter

With our help and your effort you can create ornaments that would retail for much higher prices.

We run a ceramics workshop from home, with a couple of big workshops, three kilns and hundreds of moulds.  We pour slip into heavy multi-piece plaster ornament moulds, allow them to setup, drain, unmould, dry and fettle ready to fire.

When they are fired they look like this and are ready to paint!!

All through the summer we are out most weekends with the bisque pieces, mostly to car rallies where usually Dad is the car enthusiast and Mum and the kids are bored! We set up our caravan with painting tables and rain cover, at the front and people choose what they want to paint from small teddies to huge dragons, depending on their price range and skill level, with us offering as much or as little help as they need.

My husband and I have been doing this for years now and have made many valued friends, as well as seeing little people grow up before our eyes from year to year.  Over the last couple of years people who were adolescents when we started are now bringing their own children to paint!
